Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan - Fifty Plus 

Description
Better balance, circulation, improved flexibility and memory are but a few of the possible health benefits of Practicing Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan. Learn how to move your body (and mind) with more freedom and ease. This workshop will introduce you to a sampling of the basic Tai Chi warm up exercises geared for those over fifty and the 1st few movements of the 108 movement hand form with a focus on relaxation and having fun!
