Is your body struggling to keep up with the demands?  During this half-day workshop rejuvenate both your body and mind. Learn how to align your body for better posture, balance, coordination and flexibility. Practice Wu Style Tai Chi Chu'an for a more relaxed, focused, confident you. This workshop will introduce you to the history and practical basics of this centuries old tradition.  You will be guided through a series of basic warm up exercises, selected single form exercises from the 54-movement hand form as well as demonstrations of selected weapons forms and martial exercises and applications. Rejuvenate your body and mind.
