Wu Style Chi Kung & Meditation: Relax - Breathe - Focus - Energize
Description
Use your breath to re-energize your body & mind. In this workshop learn to increase your lung capacity and body awareness and let go of restricting body tension. The Chinese believe that blocked Chi causes illness so why not participate in this one-day session of Wu Style Chi Kung and learn the basics of proper body alignment, relaxation, extension and coordinated body movement energized with breath. Practice the art of meditation (focusing and stilling the mind) and breathe easier with a more balanced and centered lifestyle.
