Yes, you read it right- Tai Chi Boot Camp. If you are bored with your “regular” workout, this may be just what you are looking for. This is a total mind/body conditioning workout. Get in shape, have fun, increase your endurance, challenge yourself. This workshop will provide you with a wealth of new exercises which you can easily incorporate into your regular exercise routine. This workshop will include a number cardio and abdominal exercises, stretching and a discussion on running in a “tai chi” manner to reduce impact on knees and hips as well as a focus on breath during any run.
