Spirit Dolls
Description
Do you have a tiny trinket with sentimental value that you'd like to keep? In this one-day workshop with textile artist Whitefeather Hunter you will engage in several different techniques of dollmaking. Using waxing fabric, wet felting, needle felting and sewing you will create a small doll that will guard your trinket forever. While you are in creative mode, Whitefeather Hunter will inform you of the cultural and spiritual meaning of dolls. What will your doll carry safely with her at all times?
