Introduction to Chasing & Repoussé
Description
Want to "chase" away your boredom and get involved in a new craft? In this five-day workshop with world-renowned metal smith Beth Biggs she will introduce you to the ancient art forms of chasing and repoussé. You will learn to use small steel tools to gently hammer thin metal to create three-dimensional images. Working from both the front and back of the metal pieces you will create beautiful works of art.
