Abstract and Non-Abstract Drawing / Painting

You may not be Pablo Picasso or Wassily Kandinsky but in this art class you will learn about these world famous painters as well as others important to the world of art.  During this five-day workshop you will explore various methods to create abstract and non-objective artworks in drawing and painting.  Group critique and discussion will assist students to improve their work.  Concepts of painting music, cubism, fauvism, or minimalism will also be covered.  See how charcoal, pencils, pastels, and brushes are used in varying degrees of painting.
