Fredericton, New Brunswick is a leader in educational tourism in Canada with its edVentures program. Set in one of the country's most beautiful and creative communities, Fredericton's edVentures summer program is Atlantic Canada's largest and most diverse craft workshop vacation learning program in craft and culture.
The edVentures program is based in gentle downtown Fredericton, where you'll find the renowned New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) in the heart of the Historic Garrison District, a national historic site. In addition to the NBCCD, our partners include the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, the University of New Brunswick Arts Centre, Kings Landing Historical Settlement, Science East, the Fredericton Arts Alliance, and the New Brunswick Crafts Council.

Intensive, small-group workshops
The edVentures summer program features intensive, small-group workshops ranging from 1/2 day to 5 day courses. Workshops run five weeks from July 8 to August 9, 2013. Sign up early to ensure your spot as spaces are limited to ensure an intimate learning experience.

Workshops for Youth and Children
Programs are designed primarily for those 16 years of age and older. Workshops for youth and children are offered through our partners University of New Brunswick Arts Centre and Science East.
